Increase font contrast in pre-filled/read-only controls

Grey font used in pre-filled/read-only form controls is not dark enough relative to the grey background shading. Very difficult to focus/read.

Have a possibility to change the sytle profile like the theme using url

Hello, AS previously to StyleProfile there was the possibility to force theme using _theme parameter in the url, it would be nice to have the _styleprofile parameter where we cna force the StyleProfile Thank you$ regards Benoit

Indent Format Issue in generated PDF
