Header section for multipage forms

In a SharePoint list, the browser tab displays "List name - New item" or "List name - Title" when creating or editing a list item.

When you publish a NIntex form on the list, the browser tab displays "Nintex Forms for Office O365".

If it's not possible to have the browser tab display something more relevant, it would be great to have a header section above the page buttons on a multipage form.

At the moment I am creating two text fields on each page and using rules to show/hide them which is way more hard work than it should be.
