Keep image ratio when pasting and resizing an image in the Rich Text control

You can copy and paste an image into a Rich Text control, however when resizing it; it is not keeping the ratio. Tried using Shift or CTRL, but does not work.

Option to roll-up feedback on a process into a single email rather than at each activity point

If I provide feedback on multiple activities, the owner and expert get multiple emails (we had an instance of 20 emails recently). I'd like to be able to select whether to submit as I go, or complete my feedback and then submit a summary.

Promapp having an inbuilt Snagit tool

It would be great if Promapp had an inbuilt Sangit tool. Snagit is great for caputring and editing images to use in procedures. Haivng one inbuilt into Promapp would save us having to purchase additional software to write procedures.
