Feedback tool to provide open history to new owner/expert

When a current owner/expert leaves and a new owner/expert is allocated, the historical open feedback does not carry through to new owner on the dashboard.

Please can this information be made transferable.

    Thanks for the feedback. This transfer of feedback makes sense. We may look at this as part of our delegation of approval changes, but we'll open this up for voting too.
