Enable process variations to be saved in different groups

I need to put variations of a process into different groups relevant to the appropriate business unit / country. Please can there be a work around or improvement on this? Many thanks Michelle

Look up to return hypertext with links enabled

We like to have a List/Document lookup within Nintex form from another document library to return the hypertext with links to the actual document. Refer to Nintex Support Case #00546060

Document Ownership

Allow documents to have an owner and have a review dates, the same as a process. Currently it reports on who has uploaded the document and when it was upload, from an accountability standpoint this can be really important.
