List Lookup Refresh

We have a form with a list lookup to another list. When we choose a form number then stakeholder fields are populated on the form and are added to the underlying list. If the stakeholder list is change the form needs to be updated.

In InfoPath we had a button that refreshed all of the data connections so the new information from the lookup would populate the stakeholder fields. In Nintex users have to change the form number then change it back to accomplish the same thing. This is not ideal. We need a way to refresh the list lookup connections that makes sense.
