Can the Document Approvers default to be the same as the Document Owners

Currently the Document Owners default to the Process Group Champions but the Document Approvers default as blank. This means you have to go in a set them manually for each process group. This should default to the Process group champions as well.

Allow Promasters to add to the allowed file type list.

Currently this is blocked with no apparent reason why. You must contact support to allow uploading other file types. This could be a Promaster configuration setting.

Conditional form fields in Improvement module

We use the Improvement module to track workflow for incidents/events. It would be nice to see some form fields that are activated as a condition of response to a prior field. This would make the event submission experience cleaner for the user.

Forms category for NWC Forms and better way to manage categories

Hi NWC forms can only be displays in 'uncategorised'. Great if we could categorise like we do for O365 forms. Also, needs to be a better way to manage categories rather than having to open each form and type it in.
