Document change description to appear on the page

After adding a document change comment, it appears on the dashboard but not on the change log of relevant pages.
I was asked what in the document was "modified" in the example attached but the document had not been modified, just the link to it was updated.

    Thanks for the feedback. This isn't currently on our roadmap but we'll monitor interest from other clients.
