Ability to attach more than one document per incident action

Currently you can only attach one document to an incident action, there is no way to attach more documents as evidence of the action having being completed.

Look up to return hypertext with links enabled

We like to have a List/Document lookup within Nintex form from another document library to return the hypertext with links to the actual document. Refer to Nintex Support Case #00546060

Document Ownership

Allow documents to have an owner and have a review dates, the same as a process. Currently it reports on who has uploaded the document and when it was upload, from an accountability standpoint this can be really important.
