Feedback tool to provide open history to new owner/expert

When a current owner/expert leaves and a new owner/expert is allocated, the historical open feedback does not carry through to new owner on the dashboard. Please can this information be made transferable.

Comments & attachments field to be more visible

For the check that is due next, I would have the comments & attachment fields directly visible without having to expand '+'. (Similar to the Improvement module actions)

Target dates for activities

It would be good to have the ability to set target date for each activity, plus reminder when overdue (Same as risk module)

Add a 'process' & 'status' column on the Checklists page

On the Checklists page, include a column for the process linked to the checklist & for the current status of the checklist (Active/Completed/Discarded). Otherwise when you have numerous checklists + all renamed, it becomes impossible to know w...

Export to CSV for Checklists page

Get the ability to export to CSV the list of Checklists. Would help with tracking compliance and with auditing.Similar to the Improvement register.

Decisions stop rest of the checklist from displaying

When creating a checklist, it is not possible to view activities past a Decision. This means it is not possible to assign any activities post Decision at creation, which is quite a pain
