Add a 'process' & 'status' column on the Checklists page

On the Checklists page, include a column for the process linked to the checklist & for the current status of the checklist (Active/Completed/Discarded). Otherwise when you have numerous checklists + all renamed, it becomes impossible to know what processes they are related to.

    Great idea. We'll try and get this into the general release.
