    activating the user is required when archiving a process - why not go straight to edit the Process Owner and Process Expert? this is not a good workaround since the employee resigned from the company a long time ago

    Having a search window to assign role and responsibility to a user from user management screen

    There is no search window when you try to assign a role or a responsibility to the user from the user management screen. (i.e. if you want assign 'Service manager' you have scroll to 'S' and look for the role to assign)

    Auto open notes
