Currently, Nintex Process Manager’s Training Module allows administrators to manually create training units by entering titles, types, descriptions, tags, materials, and other configuration details. However, the platform does not provide any functionality to duplicate or clone an existing training unit, including its associated training materials and settings. This missing feature requires training administrators to rebuild training units from scratch each time a similar or recurring training unit is needed, which introduces unnecessary manual effort and increases the risk of inconsistencies.
Is it in the future possible instead to:
Create a new training unit based on an existing one.
Copies all metadata, including title, type, tags, cycle, description, provider, and assigned roles
Copies associated training materials (documents, links, online resources).
Allows administrators to make edits before publishing or scheduling.
Provides an option to exclude certain fields during cloning (e.g., trainee assignments, renewal dates).
