Ability to toggle between Promaster Responsibilities and User Responsibilities in Dashboards

As a Promaster, my dashboard is completely useless. I have over 1200 items in there and don't have the time to wade through everything to figure out what is my responsibility as a user and what I'm getting just because I'm a Promaster. Having separated dashboards for this or the ability to toggle/filter between me (user) and Promaster would be ideal.
