I get inundated with people asking who is document owner for X document, managers asking who has edit rights to processes in their business units, and requests to make changes to processes that should be done by other stakeholders (not me as Promaster). I'm always told to push back on tasks that others should be doing in order to ease my workload, but users have no way to find the right people if they don't already know. Process owner/editors are not always available or are often too high up to be expected to make certain changes.
It would be great if the "Manage Groups" function could just be renamed "Groups", and for all staff to have read access, with only Promasters to have edit access. It would be restricted to whatever groups they already have viewing access to, and save heaps of time on my part. I could easily say "look here to see who is listed as a stakeholder". It would also be amazing if when you hover over "Stakeholders" in the groups view, that instead of just one list of names, it was divided into Process Editors and Document Owners, so we can easily see exactly who is who.
