Provide a tool/way to quickly identify duplicate documents

Currently there is no quick way to determine if a document in process manager is duplicated. Often documents that are linked to other systems are duplicated, and often named slightly differently. It would be beneficial for owners, experts, editors, promasters to be able to quickly identify if any duplicated documents. This could be done at the time of creation or at process review time.
