Provide a tool/way to identify broken document links

Currently there is no quick way to determine if a document (used in a process) has a link that is valid. Often documents links to other system break because the document in that location is moved, removed or changed in some way. It would be beneficial for owners, experts, editors, promasters to be able to quickly identify if a link is valid.
