Import Legislative tags - Name + Description

We are a large construction company (10,000 + people) who works in many regulatory areas. We need to ensure that our employees know which processes/activities correspond to legislation and need to ensure that this legislation is up to date (Process Manager provides us with a useful legal register). There is no easy way to keep this legislation up to date. The import function only allows Document tag imports. We have 360 new pieces of legislation that we would like to import. Unfortunately they will have to be imported by hand and this is likely to take days. Wouldn't it be better to have an easier way to manage the data in the software so that processes are compliant? We would love a method to bulk import legislative names and descriptions. The descriptions are useful because sometimes we want a generic legislative name and then say that the legislation applies to multiple states(SA, WA, NSW etc) in the description. This doesn't appear to be a missing 'feature', it appears to be missing functionality.
