Restrict what can be published. Ensure content is provided

Can Promapp please look into ensuring processes can’t be published without basic certain content?

I have observed staff publishing process without activities or tasks. Why would a process be allowed to be published with no content. I was working through expired process and found all of one staff members processes where void of information, maps and activities. This should be prevented.
