Provide analysis and best practice recommendations to process builders when they're creating procedure based processes.

Provide warnings when users try to do tasks like publishing processes without basic content.

I have observed staff publishing process without activities or tasks. Why would a process be allowed to be published with no content. I was working through expired process and found all of one staff members processes where void of information, maps and activities. This should be prevented.
