Error message for users editing a process that someone is currently editing. Merged

There is no error message or status to show that a user is on the edit page of a process. Not having this feature allows multiple people to enter information into a process however not all information can be saved accordingly as the first user to save their work overwrites the changes that other users may be in the process of updating.

This has resulted in colleagues losing all their work as Process Manager does not have a draft auto-save of any changes either.

    I believe allowing simultaneous editors is on the roadmap, so I think it is unlikely they'll put effort into a fix like this when the issue will go away with the new functionality.
