Include file sizes on Document List Report

To ensure we have enough storage space within Process Manager for any documents that need to be uploaded directly (such as screenshots/guides for processes or evidence of completing training), it would be useful to be able to see the size of the files that have been uploaded, using the Document List Report, and be able to tally up the overall storage in use.
