My Nintex dashboard should filter via GET like Tasks and Instances.

When trying to streamline the user experience we create a JSON link direct to NWA Tasks or Instances so the users can see the process or otherwise of their workflow process.

i.e.

https://DOMAIN.workflowcloud.com/dashboard/instances?name=NAME

or

https://DOMAIN.workflowcloud.com/dashboard/tasks?name=NAME

This works well, however I would like to be able to do the same with My Nintex, the filters used within this dashboard appear to function as POSTs so I am unable to construct a direct URL, in this scenario. We need direct access here to enable the users to Delegate tasks, it's stagely not available on the Task screen.

Hi Rick, with Instances and tasks I can construct a URL that prefilters the Dashboard to see progress and Tasks access the current pending one (1.jpg), .. But the userbase prefer the Workflow Tracking page of My Nintex, although there is a 'Search Instance' filter available there is no way to prepopulate that from URL (2.png).

The reason they prefer this is that they can easily see previously approved tasks and if needed reassign their tasks from that point. (they would also like to be able to print the approval history from this screen, rather that screen grabbing that they currently do!).

    Hope that helps.

Hi Russ, Do you mean being able to construct a URL that will take you directly to the task or form submission?
