Exchange Online Send an email ability to handle collection of files as an attachment

Why?

Normally the NWC OOB "Send an Email" action is used for handling emails with multiple attachments passed ot the action as a collection of files.

But this action has a limitation where the "From" email address - not display name- cannot be changed.

In a use-case where emails sent to insurance claimants from a Nintex workflow, it should not show "nintex@workflowcloud.com" in the email (From) section, this is due to security concerns for clients who might be concerned with where the emails are coming from and the implication for their personal data being exposed.

We know that this is not going to change according to this.

At this time, the Exchange action cannot handle a collection of files as an attachment, it also cannot be configured to handle a dynamic number of attachments, you need to know the exact number of attachments that will be passed to the action before hand.

Who?

End users, Clients who are concerned with current personal data breach eventm and will refuse or block any emails that don't have a clear "From" email address.

Anyone

How?

Allow the action to handle a collection of files as an attachment.

Thank you very much for posting your feedback for our review. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on other highly requested features. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
