Allow process publish without notifying everyone....

Sometimes, even with the best reviews in the world, some processes get published with annoying typos etc.

Would be great if there was way to publish these without notifying everyone just if correcting grammar etc.

Sending out constant updates to people makes hem numb to constant updates, so we want to ensure that the process changes they see or changes that we want them to read.

This could be a checkbox when you submit for approval and needs to be approved as part of the workflow.
