Ability to update users profiles and roles using an identity connector such as Active Directory

I'm certain that I saw this on the roadmap at the end of 2023, but now it's gone. Any updates?

It would be great to have an update on this much needed improvement... is it coming soon?

100% agree, this process is very time consuming plus trying to keep track of new users and asking them to request a role so they can be associated with processes is extremely frustrating and not efficient at all.

Just to be clear this will be initially focused on Azure AD integration for SSO. The API to support this will adhere to the SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) specification. So you'll be able to integrated with other tools that support it, or your own bespoke system.

Having APIs that allows organisations to manage things like To Dos, Role Creation/Deletion/Assignment, Change process owner/expert for processes, get notifications (i.e. items in My Changes) per user, etc.

Being an enterprise system, being able to perform these actions via API is very beneficial.

From the user's perspective, they can see notifications from the organisation's dashboard (instead of going into Promapp).

From the Promaster's perspective, this makes managing the information a lot easier and more consistent (Manual changing of Roles right now is a nightmare even with only 500+ users, which is not even 10% of our organisation employees...Not looking forward to the day we open Promapp up to the rest of our organisation).

Any update on this? Would be super helpful to have this feature.

Not having AD connection is limiting our ability to use Promapp and expand its use or make the case for any other Nintex products. Any updates on timeframes?

This is critical, as Nintex Promapp uses roles and responsibilities to govern viewing permissions.
Since we cannot update user's roles and responsibilities via AD connector, it makes the automatic provisioning a moot point since we still have to go to the account in Nintex Promapp and update that field before they can see anything.
