Review all images and documents attached to a process under the process review, rather than separately

With hundreds of processes requiring review that include 10 or more screenshots or videos (images) it is painfully time consuming going through each item individually for each process. As these images also require a review it creates hundreds of items for review in the backlog.
As all images, videos, and documents attached to a process are reviewed at the time of the process review it would awesome if when a process is reviewed that all the attachments are considered reviewed and marked as complete at the same time.

I agree with this, we are painfully manually pushing out all our images to the maximum term of 120 months and images are reviewed at the time of a Process Review (which makes sense to me). However, this has caused a lot of work and eventually in around 8-10 years all these images will be appearing on dashboards again for review. Ideally, we would like to push out images and videos indefinitely, but this is not a feature.

As a promaster, trying to manage documents and keep ontop of reviews or archive old ones is challenging. this would be such a great value add to the system.
I hate having to tell our users that a process review doesn't automatically review the attached documents, its something they assume can happen and then paints a negative light on process manager when some of those issues are explained.

    Please invest in this!

This is probably the number one request I get from users. My users have stopped adding screenshots for the most part due to how onerous the annual reviews become.

We have document review turned off, so no issue for us. However I would like to ask why a Review isn't 'completed' and removed from the outstanding list when the process is republished after the review date. Our staff tend to forget to go and click the 'Reviewed it' button

suggest that reviews should be able to be turned off for some types of documents. our images also are always reviewed as part of the process. we changed review period to the highest amount possible for all documents, and placed specific annual review on the documents we actually did want to review.

Agree that images in a process could be treated as part of the process but documents are an extension of the process and I think need their own review

To add to the above suggestion, an option to hide these images, videos & documents from the document library (that have no other purpose aside from viability within a process) would be beneficial.

When I view the Document Library, I found it quite disengaging to see the amount of content that are not going to be viewed within the library. Have had similar feedback from staff.

Running into the thousands now. And can't access My Reviews as web server times out (Error message: 500 - The request timed out)

If it does load, only the first 20 records are showing. It takes another minute or two to load the next page.

This is a really good suggestion, even the ability to filter reviews by Documents vs. Processes would be amazing.

Also, for the ability of Promasters who are also PO/PE to separate out what is actually due for their review vs what is there just because they are a Promaster.
It is currently really difficult for me to locate what is actually due for my review (because I am the PO/PE) vs what I need to chase someone else for because they are the PO/PE and I'm only seeing it as a Promaster

Please provide an update as to whether this problem is being addressed it is now critical for us as we have 100s of processes up for review with 30-50 screenshots on a large portion of those. They are taking up all the space (our dashboard is showing 4,500 reviews), This is causing lagging and we are unable to force publish sometimes because we can't access the list of processes for review. When a process is reviewed images are reviewed in connection to those so why are they separated?

Thanks for all the feedback and comments for this idea. This currently is still not on our near term roadmap, as there are complexities to address which we need to research such as:
    - What if those documents are used across multiple processes? They may be appropriate for that process being reviewed, but out of date for other associated processes
    - What if the process reviewer is not a document owner?
We acknowledge the pain point here, and need to conduct further research before implementation.

This has been the number one fustration from our "Power Users" i.e. Process Owners or Process Experts who are really engaged with the system and want to move the needle and drive process improvement culture.

It is defintely double handling that they need to review documents, images, forms seperately to the process especially as part of updating a process or reviewing it they are conciencous and going into those documents and making sure the content is up to date. They then feel like they are being punished and have to perform the same tick and flick task by going into a document (which they have already reviewed as part of a process) and having to mark it off as reviewed.

We don't have this issue as we turned off the config item for document reviews. As you said, documents are reviewed when any process they're attached to are reviewed so we see no need for a separate document review date.

This feature is not planned at this stage, however we'll continue to monitor interest.
