RACI on Activities/Tasks

RACI on Activities/Tasks:

1. On Activities we can only relate responsible role but not accountable.
2. On Tasks there is no option of mapping any RACI assignments


Recommendation: Transfer the existing functionality on Task level (instead of Activity) and then populate it automatically on the Activity level to create the swimalane

    Thank you very much for posting your feedback on RACI on Activities/ Tasks. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.

      It is important for us to be able to show the responsibilities and accountability for all tasks.
      This follows the method with which our organization's procedures works and we are invested in keeping it visible on PROMAPP as we transfer to it.

      In addition, this feature will enable further the end-users to create checklists per TASK which will be way more meaningful as a functionality. Thus, the automation of the process will be even smoother.
