Reporting document reviews

You can run a report for process reviews due but not for documents and we would find this very useful.

At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.

    Yes we so need this and would be so helpful with following up with personnel to ensure that reviews are occurring in the required time frame

    YES! This is big for us, as we have to demonstrate document review compliance, and the only way to do this currently is completely manual, document by document.

    Thanks for the feedback. More overall visibility of document reviews would be excellent. We have previously received requests for this feature so we'll put this in our backlog of work to do.

    If the documents linked to a process are reviewed at the same time as the process, the documents should automatically be signed off as reviewed once the process has been marked as 'Reviewed'.

    When trying to ensure everything is up to date ready for audits etc I find that I can't provide a list of documents that are overdue for review, it is only available on individual users' dashboards. It would be useful to have this as a feature on the dashboard of the organisation alongside the processes.

    It would be great if we could have access to a report which showed Documents uploaded into Nintex Promapp, and their next review date.


    This could allow us to then determine which documents are up for review / overdue for review.


    Currently the only way we can see this information is via the Promaster dashboard or Content owner dashboard.

    The lack of a report on review dates for documents keeps us from being able to use Promapp as the sole storage location.

    be able to bespoke columns / views in change centre so you can view the process/ess that a document that has been updated belongs in for review.
