Enrich the mitigation sign off notifications Merged

The main complaint I receive from the organisation is the lack of information included in the risk mitigation sign off notifications. When clicking on the notification link, the user only sees the mitigation text - without any context.

In the notification link I suggest to include:
- risk title and description
- mitigation
- involvement

Maybe just point to the relevant dashboard row.

Thanks for the suggestion, a bit of context would definitely benefit sign off users. We'll keep an eye on this idea for interest from other customers.

Completely agree! Current email is very confusing for users.

The risk control signoff email needs to either include details of the risk it relates to or link the user to the My Risk Dashboard

This is the one thing my users have issues with this most and would love to see the risk for context.

Agree that the link in your risk notification emails are terrible/provides no context - leading to a bunch of unnecessary questions from users. As a work around, Iā€™m telling everyone to remove the ā€˜Simpleā€™ at the end of the url i.e. just go to: https://au.promapp.com/SUBDOMAIN/Dashboard/MyRisks
