Add Contact Details To Process List Report

Add User Name or Email Address details to Process List report - currently there is First Name and Last Name is available. As a governance piece, different business units would like to contact Owners and Experts for specific processes from different folders within Promapp. It would also identify active team members via Owner/Expert information which will allow the creation of mailing lists for business units (this is difficult to separate out into business units when you pull a full User List)

    This idea is relevant for our company as well, though for a different purpose. Having email addresses would be very useful for distinguishing users in cases where employees have the same first and last names.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I agree this would improve communication lines between different business units. It's not on our roadmap right now but we'll open this up for voting and see how other clients like this idea.
