be able to assign stakeholders or additional people/roles that need notification of particular documents. Instead of having them as document owners or if document not assigned to a process. then when uploading have the ability to add in additional stake holder or have it down at the group/folder set up level to assign stakeholders that are not doc owners or approvers

At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.

    Thanks for the suggestion. This would be great addition and would align with process stakeholders. We'll open this for voting to interest from other customers.

    I see this is still open for voting but has not had many votes. We are still still getting alot of frustration at my site with numerous people not getting notification of the documents being updated especially for things like analysis plans when test limits change. Is there any other way we can ensure all stakeholders are notified with particular documents are updated?
