Case sensitive glossary

It would be good to have a Glossary that is case sensitive. Currently IT (Information Technology) is being tagged every time we use the word 'it'.

Thanks for the suggestion. Our suggested workaround would be to rename it I.T. but this isn't always what people type when writing processes.

We'll open this for voting and gauge interest from other clients.

We have implemented a rule that if an abbreviation is a 'real' word that we always include a full stop after it, so that Promapp then doesn't tag when the word is used in its normal sense.
    eg an allowance named HELP.

Definitely would be helpful to us at our organisation as the Glossary is something we actively promote our users adding too

We are also using dots (eg I.T.) but pretty much no-one actually types this so it is basically redundant. I also have had users add IT back in to the glossary and tag every instance of the word it. It definitely is a frustration.

This feature is not planned for in our near term roadmap at this stage, however we'll continue to monitor interest, and update the status of this idea as our plans change.
