This idea has been merged into another idea. To comment or vote on this idea, please visit IDEA-I-4183 When requesting a process to be archived we need the ability to provide some explaination to the approvers as to why it is being archived.

Request a comment when processes are archived Merged

It would be great to have a mandatory comment box pop up when someone archives a process. We would then be able to see why they did it and if it is necessary.
