    Though we won't be explicitly pursuing this in the near future, as a potential workaround for capturing the impact of both the effectiveness of Controls and Treatments by utilising the Custom Criteria with <1 values (can be enabled and set up in the Admin > Risks > Default Rating Criteria) and naming it accordingly.
