Add more fields to the user data

Add more fields to the user data to enable differentiation between users with the same or similar names. This extra data should be displayed in the various user selection fields.

Suggestions are (in no particular order): Job Title, Location, Department.

In a company of 5000+ employees we have many occurrences of people with similar names (e.g. Andrew Smith or Andy Smith) and it is impossible know which is the one you want to pick in the various user selections fields.

Also, we use SSO and we have found that any 'extra' info we manually add to the name fields is overwritten when the user logs in.

    Thanks for the suggestion. We don't have plans for this in the near term but it is something we'd like to address for larger clients where this situation may occur. We'll open this for voting to measure interest from other clients.

    For the issue of extra info changing back once users login - this is due to the configuration setting 'Sync user details with SSO provider' being on. The details coming through from your Identity Provider are treated as the source of truth, and so will update the Promapp records if there are any differences. If you wish for these changes to persist in Promapp they must be updated in your IdP/Active Directory.
