Send email notification when user is added by SSO

We would like an email notification sent to a specified email when an user is added via SSO sync. Currently when a new user is synced from SSO there is no notification, so the Promasters don't know to add any applicable roles or send other information to them as a new user. Automating this with an email means we can send new user information automatically and also initiate checking their roles/responsibilities to have their account fully set up quicker.

    This is really important to allow good onboarding and training. Our organisation does not mandate Promapp so new users may not get picked up otherwise - or we would have to add weekly/monthly new user reporting.

    We are a huge organisation and this gap in ProMapp just adds to the delays of onboarding new staff or when staff transfer across divisions. Just when you think they are all set to go with ProMapp, they can't see or access the files for your division.

    Promapp is a tool used heavily by our organisation and SSO will make the user experience some much better and for the Administrators of Promapp, receiving the email notification will assist with managing roles associated with processes in a more proactive manner.
