Secure Datagateway to on-premises LOB system

As pr. now if we need to connect to on-premises LOB data from O365 workflow/form or Workflow Cloud, we need to make the SQL server/LOB system available through internet. For many this is not an option. Please consider a solution like Microsofts Datagateway for Flow and PowerApps. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/gateway-reference

This has now been completed through the recent release of the Nintex Gateway. For more information on how to set this up:

Could workaround this having Nintex call Flow to go through the Data gateway. Flow can return HTTP response.

That's actually a good workaround. Thanks John.

This is assuming the customer has O365 and they want to connect to MS SQL.

Did propose this for the client, but it's not good enough.

Hi there, just following up on the second phase of the Nintex Gateway... Can you please she some light on when functionality to integrate with on-prem applications (other than RPA), will be released and how this will work exactly? We have a requirement from a customer to be able to utilise Nintex Workflow Cloud, leveraging Xtensions and integrating with their on-prem middle-ware. Thanks in advance! Tim
