    Hi Tiffany,

    Thanks so much for submitting your idea.
    We previously offered a Chat-to-us capability in Nintex Workflow Cloud, but for a few months, it went unused. After discovering that our users preferred to submit tickets to, or call Support, we removed the feature.

    I'll reach out to you separately to try and help with any questions you may have.
