Void Docusign

Once a Docusign is sent, we need a way to VOID an open send. This is critical and is available in SpringCM presently. We should have all of the information needed to process this request as we can pull back the Envelope ID from Docusign, and we should be able to hit the Docusign API via the workflow to VOID an existing open envelope.

    Hi Michael,

    Some quick questions just so I understand your request:

    If a "Void envelope" action did exist, how the action be triggered?

    It is possible to Void an open envelope in your Docusign account itself (by accessing to the Sending account). As an Envelope Recipient, Void is a possible response.
    The Docusign Get signature action does accept "Voided" as an outcome, and provides a separate branch for a Void-specific process.
    Is there a specific scenario you have where this option does not suffice?
