We kindly request the implementation of a feature that allows administrators to define working days and working hours for both task reminders and task escalations. This capability is essential for our customers, as it ensures that notifications and escalations occur only within their defined operational periods.
The absence of this functionality represents a significant limitation and has been identified as a potential dealbreaker by several clients. Without the ability to configure workdays and working hours, we risk losing existing customers and hindering future business opportunities.
We therefore ask that this feature is prioritized in order to meet customer requirements and maintain competitiveness.
Please consider doing this. It is very useful. I am currently looking at creating a workaround using the Nintex Xtension "NWC Tools" to add the action "Working days simple calc" but that only gets me partially there. I have to add at least 6 other actions to make this workaround, and then do that about 5 times for each task assigned in my workflow. That makes the workflow even more complex and hard to manage. It could easily be added to the "Assign a Task" action because you already have the logic in this other action.
