Occasional Disabling ("Assign a Task")

Hi,
I have few tasks ("assign a task") in workflow that needs to be disabled for a specific number of days and automatically activate for once and disable again.
Can you please assist how it can be done?

      Thank you very much for posting your feedback on for our review. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on other highly requested features.       Thanks for reaching out.
      Can you tell me more about what you're trying to achieve? Why are you disabling only some actions? Is this a once off process, or do you want to disable actions on a regular basis?
