Refresh and Expand all buttons always visible while scrolling through the instances page

Before the switch to Nintex CE the "Refresh" and "Expand all" buttons were always visible while scrolling through the instances page.
This is no longer the case with Nintex CE.
Having these two buttons always visible is very useful when checking the instance of a workflow. Specially during the debug of a workflow.
