Maintenance Mode

Would be great to place published URLs that are possibly undergoing retrofitting/active changes and testing OR when the hosting webpage needs us to not 'pause' but place a form/workflow in a Maintenance Mode - whereby a default page and or possibly a customised one can be presented should someone click on the link to inform them that a page is down and will be up shortly. Or redirect them to another page should there be a requirement for that.
