Fix the Time zone effect on Date Field Submissions

While reviewing submitted date data, our teams in Norway and South Africa found that the dates they put into the Global form were showing 1 day later than the date they actually entered. This so far has only been reported by our teams in those to locations, while our form is used almost around the Globe. When working with the Nintex Support team it was pointed out that this is a know behavior if you do not update the tenant date to the correct region. As a global company we cannot do that. We want the date entered by the user to be the date that ends up on generated documents and SharePoint lists without a WF workaround.
