Add modulo operator to formula builder

The modulo operator allows for better control of form state, giving us more flexibility over what we can design.

Instead, this is what I do to calculate X % 2:

X - (2 * round((X / 2) - 0.5, 0))

That is difficult to explain and document for non tech audiences. Having a mod operator is much easier to explain and document.
