Delete instance data on schedule for a defined time period to be compliant with EU GDPR laws

For EU GDPR compliance reasons it would be necessary to be able to delete Workflow Instance and Login-Data after a certain period of time. Right now there are only two options to keep the instance data forever, or delete it immediately, but not after a certain period of time (like 12 months).
