We have an issue where a user might receive a task via a component workflow, or be sent a link to a workflow instance, but they cannot view it because they were not involved in it, and they are not a business owner.
The workaround at the moment, is that I have set everyone to be a Business Owner. This is risky because it means anyone can delegate or override tasks.
It would be good to either:
Have a separate permission field for 'Viewers' (alongside Business Owners). This would be the same as the current Business Owner permissions, without Delegate / Override ability, OR
Have some setting per workflow that allows designers to allow 'View' access to all users.
