User Management - real management features

Actually, it is not possible to:

  • import users from csv (or any other kind of format)

  • export the list of users to csv (or any other kind of format)

It would be less important if assigning a task to someone not listed would not fail (see idea CNV-I-556). But, as long as there is a risk of failure, we need ways to monitor who has access and to import people from our domain, or from the SSO-related security group.

    Hi Franck,

    Are you aware of our SCIM feature? SCIM enables you to provision users and groups from your Identity Provider into Nintex Workflow based on their group membership and may solve your import user problem. You can read more about SCIM here: https://help.nintex.com/en-US/nwc/Content/Settings/SCIM.htm

    At this stage, I do not have CSV export on my roadmap. If you could please elaborate more on what you are trying to achieve that would be appreciated.
