Lock Users Temporarily | Nintex Automation Cloud

We have generic email accounts that are assigned to our employees. When an employee leaves the company and has one of these generic email accounts assigned, we wait until a new person is hired to reassign it. In Nintex, this generic email account is registered as a participant user.

However, we can't delete it because there are activities assigned to that user. We also can't reset the password because we don't have access to it until a new person joins and completes the process.

We suggest that it be possible to temporarily lock users and later unlock them
